pads could be under attack. >> a hacker group said it stole personal information from an fbi laptop. melanie alnwick has more on this. >> reporter: the group calls itself antisect for saint security and -- for antisecurity and it claims it was able to hack into an fbi agent's laptop to find the file. it wants the public to know, in its words, the fbi is using this apple i.d. information for a tracking people project. anti-sect linked up with the group anonymous to publicize the data breach. many sites posted the data. 1million information datas linked to iphones and ipads and the device name. the fbi disputed the claims saying the bureau never asked for or possessed a file of apple i.d. information. still, many organizations have been able to verify the apple i.d.'s posted are valid. every apple device has a unique identification number. it let's itunes and ideveloppers know which is running which app. for example, it can allow a game developer to keep track of the high score. they found 12 million apple i.d.'s and there is a data file with user names, zip codes, cell phone numbers and addre

a haven for terrorists. this morning the fbi now helping police investigate vandalism at a mosque in virginia. vandals investigate the center in harrison berg. they found the building painted with racial slurs. they're calling it a possible hate crime. police say it's not clear that the vandalism was directed at muslims. the they also found graffiti at a high school and a christian school in the area. >>> a man faces charges for killing one woman and injuring at in capitol heights. jerome stewart was arrested. he went to mckinley's home on heath street and shot her after they got in an argument that morning. the second woman got away and called police. she is expected to be okay. >>> it could be a few weeks before we get to see the national zoo's latest addition up close, but the panda cub is already having a big impact. take a look. live pictures from the panda house, which is closed to visitors. mama mei xiang and her new cub can have peace and quiet. they've opinibeen sleeping a lo last 24 hours. that's not keeping people from flocking to the zoo. the gift shop sales are boomin

just last friday. the fbi says adel daoud was intent on killing as many americans as possible. according to the criminal complaint, the 18-year-old from hillside illinois drove a green jeep cherokee full of what he thought was explosives to a downtown chicago nightclub and then attempted to detonate it. the teenager first came to the fbi's attention in 2011 when he sent e-mails sympathizing with bin laden, writing in one that osama wasn't crazy for wanting to destroy america. eventually court papers say daoud met with an undercover agent posing as an extremist. he picked the unnamed nightclub from google maps and allegedly told the agent he wanted the attack to be massive enough to make it in the news, like tonight. authorities say daoud was bent on terrorism, vowing repeatedly that it was in his heart. >> we're going to see more and more examples of this type of self-radicalization. this is the new wave in the terrorist threat, but it doesn't mean it's a threat that we can't deal with. >> a kid that i know, adel is an angel. he helped me -- my husband was away, and he helped
